- 18 years of experience in the fields of Law, Insurance and Human Resources.

- 3 years of experience as an Executive Coach.
Business
- Céline was the Legal Director of Human Resources for a branch within the holding company of a European industrial group.
- She created and ran the internal training center for the same industrial group.
- She was also in charge of the Insurance and Risk Management policies.
- Today, she provides Coaching missions for Executives and Managers for whom she designs, creates and runs tailor-made training courses.

Céline started her career in 2005 as a Junior legal expert at the CPI group (leader in monochrome printing in Europe) and then within the same group became successively:
- Legal and Insurance Manager
- Legal and Insurance Director.
- Human Resources Director of a business line.
- President-Director of the Internal Training Centre.
- In 2017, Celine trained in Executive Coaching.
- In 2018, she acquires a strong experience in Training and delivers some Coaching to airline pilots at Briobox.
- In 2020, she joined ALCANDRE to manage the Coaching and Training departments.
Céline holds a Master of Advanced Studies in International Law, is a certified FFP Trainer and an HEC certified Executive Coach.
